Hello, I’m Krzysztof. I tend to turn up when a neat brief stops resembling reality.
I am most interested in the moment when a good idea collides with an organisation, real people, a budget and a world that, rather inconveniently, never read the brief.
For more than a decade, I have combined research, service design and team leadership. I work with decision-makers and people closest to the problem to see the whole situation, design a response and test it in practice.
Slides can be excellent. The world remains stubbornly unimpressed and carries on behaving like the world.
